Central	May 2021	Current numbers of empty temporary accommodation to be double checked and reps updated (listed as 370 on pg83 of the agenda)	Glyn Huelin	The previous report included a number of properties in error, that are part of forthcoming projects including the former Oxford Street Housing Office site, which are in development and are not currently void properties and available for occupation. This report also picked up the decant of hotel stock brought on during the ‘Everyone In’ policy in response to Covid-19, and again are not available for future occupation. After officers checked the properties individually this figure was revised to 112 empty temporary accommodation properties. The same approach will be taken for the next report.

Ododo Dafe	Following the March Area Panels the following three additional indicators were added to the quarterly performance report and have been ongoing since: Number of closed ASB cases Average days taken to resolved ASB cases Number of active ASB cases at the end of the quarter end. These are in addition to three which were already in the report: Number of tenants evicted due to ASB Number of new ASB cases reported Percentage of surveyed ASB victims who were satisfied with how their case was handled
